Please note that photography/filming is taking place at this event for documentation and reporting purposes. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that we may use photos/videos in which you appear for press coverage and on different (social) media platforms, in publications and on websites of CAMPUS 02. If you do not wish to appear in the photos/videos, please let the photographer know.

Information on data protection
CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences, Körblergasse 126, 8010 Graz, Austria, datenschutz@campus02.at, processes data provided by you during registration and any additional data that may be generated during the event (e.g. image/video recordings) in accordance with the pre-contractual and contractual measures prescribed by Art. 6 para. 1 cl. b of the GDPR. You do not have a legal obligation to provide your data; however, without this data, processing your registration and consequently, your attending the event is not possible.

The length of data retention periods depend on the type of event:

• Information events for prospective students
  After the event, your data is saved for documentation purposes until the end of the current academic year. The data will be erased upon expiry of the retention period.

• Funded events
  After the event, your data is saved, in general, for 7 years due to contractual obligations towards the funding body. The data will be erased upon expiry of the retention period.

• Events with entrance fees
  After the event, data relevant for accounting purposes is saved for 10 years and all other data required for the follow-up phase is saved for 3 months. The data will be erased upon expiry of the respective retention periods.

• All other events
  After the event, your data is saved for 3 months for the follow-up phase. The data will be erased upon expiry of the retention period..

Your personal data is treated as confidential and is generally processed only by CAMPUS 02 staff members internally. In addition, data processors who have been commissioned by us also process data for the purposes mentioned if they can ensure adequate data security. In general, you have right of access, the right to rectification, to erasure, to restrict, to data portability, to withdraw and to object.
