Companies and brands have realised that they need to put together the right packages that are personalised and tailored to us. They create platforms on which we feel safe and secure and business models that perfectly match our bubble. In doing so, they build trust and loyalty. It's almost like Spotify is a close friend who says: "Hey, I know what's perfect for your playlist!"
