Tips and FAQs for Job Applications

  • preferably by email to the address specified in the job advertisement
  • The cover letter should outline your motivation and suitability for the position.
  • A clear and complete CV should include accurate details of your education and work experience.
  • Please include employment certificates (for longer work experience) or school and internship certificates (for career starters).
  • For IT security reasons, please only send PDF files as attachments!
  • Our job vacancies have application deadlines and are always up to date.
  • For specific questions, we are happy to assist you, but this will not influence the evaluation of your application.
  • All applications are collected and processed by the HRM Office. After the application deadline has passed, they are forwarded to the relevant department/degree programme, which is responsible for selecting candidates for interviews.
  • Please understand that the application process may take some time depending on the duration of the job posting, the number of applicants, and the internal procedures.
  • You will either receive a phone call to schedule an interview or a written rejection.
  • Honesty is the most important thing for both sides in the conversation. We will ask you questions, so make sure to ask us questions too!
