The certified expert acquires practical skills in the four university courses "Double-entry bookkeeping for career changers", "Content analysis of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement", "Actual and budgeted cost accounting for employees with cost responsibility" and "Corporate planning and budgeting of organisational units". Graduates have the necessary skills to actively participate in the ongoing planning and decision-making process in their company. This further education programme is aimed at people who have cost, budget and/or personnel responsibility in their company.

Focus of content

The certificate course consists of 4 modules focussing on the following topics:

  • Systematics of double-entry bookkeeping
  • Analysing the contents of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Actual and planned cost accounting as a decision-making tool
  • Calculation and cost control of orders, products and projects
  • Personnel capacity planning and personnel cost planning
  • Detailed budgeting (production, sales, personnel, etc.) and scenario analyses
  • Single and multi-year integrated corporate planning and budgeting

Dieser Lehrgang ist modular aufgebaut. Das heißt, Sie können die einzelnen Module „Doppelte Buchhaltung für Quereinsteiger*innen, „Inhaltsanalyse der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung“, „Ist- und Plankostenrechnung für Angestellte mit Kostenverantwortung“ und „Unternehmensplanung und Budgetierung von Organisationseinheiten“ bei Bedarf auch einzeln absolvieren. Sofern Sie alle vier Module des Zertifikatlehrgangs „Expert der Unternehmensplanung“ absolviert haben, wird Ihnen der Titel Certified Expert der Unternehmensplanung verliehen.
