DIGITAL SALES Processes & Customer Journey

Would you like to expand your skills in the area of digital sales processes and the customer journey? Our university course, which is also the third module of the "Digital Sales Expert" certificate course, provides extensive knowledge on the digitalisation of sales processes and optimisation of the customer journey. Graduates acquire the ability to effectively monitor and optimise digital touchpoints and sales measures.

The university course "Digital Sales Processes & Customer Journey" covers the following content:

  • Digital tools for existing sales processes 
  • Sales automation 
  • Customer Journey & Customer Experience 
  • Touchpoint management 
  • Managing sales processes with KPIs 

This course comprises 4 ECTS credits (32 LE). Performance is assessed by means of a project assignment.

LE = teaching units



Duration: 2 attendance days on site and 4 online evenings, i.e. 32 teaching units of which 50% online
