Our university course, which is also the third module of the "Digital Sales Expert" certificate course, provides extensive knowledge on the digitalisation of sales processes and optimisation of the customer journey. The university course "Digital Sales Processes & Customer Journey" covers the following content:

  • Digital Tools for Sales Processes in the Age of AI
  • Sales Automation with the help of AI Agents
  • Customer Journey & Customer Experience 
  • Touchpoint management 
  • Controlling hybrid sales processes with KPIs 

Dieser Kurs umfasst 4 ECTS-Credits (32 LE). Die Leistungsfeststellung erfolgt mittels einer Projektarbeit.
