As part of the project, an approach for transforming organizations into learning workplaces is being developed. This is achieved through the design and development of an ISO certification, which can be awarded to organizations that successfully transition into learning workplaces.

To obtain the certification, organizations must carry out specific activities or use certain tools that are included in the certification program. The activities take into account both the learning needs of the employers (linked to the strategic goals of the organization) and the needs of the employees for various types of learning (including the development of their transversal skills).

The specific project objectives include:

  • Development of an ISO certification for organizations transforming into learning workplaces.
  • Identification and design of learning activities (tailored to employee needs)
  • Conceptualization of aptitude tests and workshops to develop a positive attitude towards the transformation of organizations into learning workplaces.
  • Validation of the development of key transversal skills of employees using an assessment tool that leads to an ISO 17024 certification.
