We, the INNOLAB at CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences (abbr. INNOLAB), Körblergasse 126, 8010 Graz, Austria, process the following data categories by automated means as part of our restart-up assistance and for the establishment, administration and management of the Restart-up Agreement:
If we conclude an agreement with you after the first few meetings, we will additionally process the following personal data provided by you in the course of providing our services:
We collect the above-listed data directly from you. The data from prospective clients is processed on the basis of a pre-contractual legal relationship. With the conclusion of the Restart-up Agreement, we process the data to fulfil this contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 cl. b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can provide the above-mentioned personal data and can agree to data processing on a voluntary basis. We process this data in order to conclude and fulfil the contract. Without your data, it unfortunately will not be possible to conclude and fulfil a Restart-up Agreement.
If you are interested, INNOLAB provides newsletters about topics regarding restart-up and innovation. We only process your contact details with your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 cl. a of the GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not enter into the restart-up contract with us as a prospective client, we will erase the processed personal data after a year’s time, starting from the end of the calendar year, in which the first meeting took place.
If you enter into the restart-up agreement with us, your data will be saved for three years, starting from the end of the calendar year, in which our consulting services were delivered. The data will be erased upon expiry of this retention period.
The retention period may be extended in all cases where judicial or administrative proceedings are pending in which CAMPUS 02 UAS has party status and in which this data is at issue.
In general, all data categories are internally processed by NNOLAB staff members.
However, data processors who have been commissioned by us can also process data for the purposes mentioned if they can ensure adequate data security. For example, in cases where support is required, external IT service providers can see and process the above-mentioned data categories.
Apart from the data recipients mentioned, CAMPUS 02 UAS does generally not disclose information to third parties. Third parties are asked to directly contact the prospective or existing client.
Please note that we will update this privacy statement from time to time (e.g. due to law amendments, usage of new technology, new study opportunities). We recommend that you regularly check it for updates.
In general, you have right of access, the right to rectification, to erasure, to restrict, to data portability, to withdraw and to object.
