Sie möchten sich gezielt weiterbilden und Ihre Fähigkeiten im Bereich der digitalen Vertriebsprozesse und der Customer Journey ausbauen? Unser Hochschulkurs vermittelt umfangreiches Wissen zur Digitalisierung von Vertriebsprozessen und zur Optimierung der Customer Journey. Absolvent*innen erwerben die Fähigkeit, digitale Touchpoints und Verkaufsmaßnahmen effektiv zu überwachen und zu optimieren.

Contents & focus

The university course "Digital Sales Processes & Customer Journey" covers the following content:

  • Digital tools for existing sales processes 
  • Sales automation 
  • Customer Journey & Customer Experience 
  • Touchpoint management 
  • Managing sales processes with KPIs 

This course comprises 4 ECTS credits (32 LE). Performance is assessed by means of a project assignment.
