Digital & Social Selling

Mit dem zunehmenden Fokus auf digitale Medien und Social-Media-Plattformen hat der Verkauf in nahezu allen Branchen an Bedeutung gewonnen. Unser Hochschulkurs, der auch das zweite Modul des Zertifikatslehrgangs „Digital Sales Expert“ ist, befähigt Absolvent*innen dazu, erfolgreiche Online-Verkaufsgespräche durchzuführen und Storytelling-Techniken zu nutzen. Darüber hinaus lernen Sie, Affiliate Marketing und Influencer Marketing als mögliche Verkaufsmultiplikatoren einzusetzen.

Contents & focus

Der Hochschulkurs „Digital & Social Selling“ setzt sich aus verschiedenen Schwerpunkten zusammen, die sich mit dem Verkauf von Angeboten über klassische digitale Kanäle und Social Media befassen:

  • Trends in digital sales 
  • Online sales dialogue 
  • Selling via social media 
  • Digital storytelling 
  • Affiliate marketing 
  • Influencer marketing 

This course comprises 4 ECTS credits (32 LE). Performance is assessed by means of a project assignment.
