Der Hochschulkurs „Digital Sales Culture & Leadership“ beschäftigt sich mit der Führungs- und Unternehmenskultur im digitalen Kontext sowie mit dem Management von Veränderungsprozessen. Darüber hinaus lernen die Absolvent*innen dieses Hochschulkurses wie man virtuelle Teams agil führen kann.
