FUNDAMENTALS & STRATEGIES OF DIGITAL MARKETING

This university course provides you with the essential tools for successful marketing in the digital age. You will learn how to develop an effective strategy that maps the entire customer journey, from the first touchpoints with your company to sustainable customer loyalty. You will also learn how to use AI technologies profitably to optimise your marketing activities. This course is rounded off by teaching you about the most important legal framework conditions in digital marketing.

The university course ‘Fundamentals & Strategies of Digital Marketing’ covers the following content and key areas:

  • Concepts and Terms in Digital Marketing
  • Development of a Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Use of AI in Digital Marketing
  • Customer Journey and Digital Touchpoints
  • Legal framework for Digital Marketing
