Digital Marketing Expert certificate course

Digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI) are also becoming increasingly important in marketing. This applies to campaign management as well as social media marketing and marketing automation. The ‘Digital Marketing Expert’ certificate course focuses precisely on these key challenges of modern marketing and offers five different university courses, which can also be booked individually. To obtain the ‘Digital Marketing Expert’ university certificate, at least four of the five university courses offered must be completed within two years. This flexible arrangement allows you to acquire the specific skills that are essential for your professional success in digital marketing in a very targeted manner. Our certificate course is aimed at interested parties from all industries and company sizes who are already active in digital marketing or would like to work in this field.

Who is this vocational training programme for?

The Digital Marketing Expert certificate course consists of five different university courses, which can also be booked individually, and is aimed at interested people from all industries and company sizes who are already active in digital marketing or would like to work in this field.

Requirements

University entrance qualification and relevant professional experience

ECTS

Each of the five university courses comprises 4 ECTS or 32 teaching units (45 minutes each), of which 16 teaching units are held in person at CAMPUS 02 UAS and 16 teaching units are held online via MS Teams.

To obtain certification as a Digital Marketing Expert, a minimum of 16 ECTS credits must be achieved (4 modules, each worth 4 ECTS credits).

Costs

Participation in a university course costs EUR 990,-. If all 5 university courses in this certificate programme are booked, the cost is only EUR 4.400,-, resulting in a price advantage of EUR 550,-.

The price includes teaching and learning materials in digital form, as well as lunch on each day of attendance and drinks and snacks in the seminar room.

This university course provides you with the knowledge you need to develop effective content strategies and successfully manage digital campaigns. You will learn how to plan and create appealing content formats, including the use of AI tools for content creation. You will also learn how to integrate user-generated content in a targeted manner and develop editorial plans for your digital channels. This will enable you to achieve your marketing goals through professional campaign management and inspire your target audience in the long term.

In this university course, you will learn how to develop an effective social media strategy, create compelling content and build an engaged community of fans for your brand or company. From choosing the right platform to developing sustainable social media strategies and interacting effectively with your target audience. In this course, you will also acquire practical know-how for measuring the success and optimising social media campaigns.

This university course provides you with the necessary knowledge for search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA), the central components of search engine marketing. You will learn how to get your website to the top of search engine results through organic optimisation while simultaneously running targeted digital advertising campaigns for quick results. In addition, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of paid advertising measures with Google Ads and other digital advertising forms (SEA). You will also learn how to use performance marketing to optimise conversions and why the future belongs to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) in the age of AI.
