Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a variety of benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It can help them remain competitive and fully exploit their growth potential. SMEs can use AI to automate business processes, generate new ideas, and develop innovative solutions. By leveraging AI tools, SMEs can analyze large datasets and identify patterns that assist in discovering new market opportunities and developing innovative products and services. It is crucial for SMEs to recognize the potential of AI and integrate it into their innovation strategy to meet the evolving market demands and achieve sustainable growth.

The goal of the project is to develop a training program for entrepreneurs and innovation managers in Styrian SMEs, which:

  • provides participants with opportunities to integrate AI into the innovation process,
  • in order to generate value for their companies,
  • by building theoretical knowledge,
  • while also emphasizing practical implementation.

At the end of the project, a comprehensive package for conducting training sessions for entrepreneurs and other individuals responsible for innovation tasks in SMEs will be developed. This package includes the training description itself, with a duration of approximately two to three days, the complete training materials based on a defined didactic concept, all necessary documentation and quality assurance materials for the training, as well as initial marketing materials for promoting the training program.
