INNOVATION STRATEGIES

Successfully managing and shaping companies is based on the ability to recognize innovation potential, systematically leverage it and translate it into a successful strategy. This requires a structured analysis of trends and changes, a good knowledge of the needs of customers in the market and the evaluation of existing and new relevant technologies. In this module, you will learn to identify and analyze sources of innovation. You will evaluate external changes and trends on the market as well as the potential that arises from new technologies in order to create competitive advantages that are effective for success.

What you can expect from the university course

Contents & focus

The university course "Innovation Strategies" has the following content and therefore focus areas:

  • Analyze and evaluate market and consumer trends
  • Identify current and future customer needs
  • Analyzing and evaluating technologies
  • Recognizing the opportunities and risks of disruptive technologies
  • Developing future scenarios (Pictures of the Future)
  • Develop innovation strategies for your own organization
  • Recognizing and evaluating social changes (Generation Cycles)

The entire course comprises 3 ECTS credits (25 units).

Duration: 2 attendance days on site at CAMPUS 02 and 2 half-days online.

Wenn Sie innerhalb von zwei Jahren die Kurse Innovation Essentials, Innovation Strategies sowie einen weiteren Hochschulkurs der FH CAMPUS 02 absolvieren und zusätzlich ein firmenspezifisches Praxisprojekt erfolgreich abschließen, wird Ihnen der Titel Certified Innovation Expert verliehen.
