LONDON EXPERIENCE

We invite all CAMPUS 02 UAS students to participate in the London Experience, with a maximum of 24 places available. An intensive Business English course offers students the chance to deepen their language skills while experiencing English culture firsthand.

THE ‘LONDON EXPERIENCE’ LANGUAGE TRIP WILL TAKE PLACE FROM FEBRUARY 16th to February 20th 2026.

The London Experience takes place during the lecture-free period, so that both part-time and full-time students can take part. Where? At a renowned language school that offers varied language tuition and a lively and multicultural atmosphere, giving students the opportunity to meet people from different countries.

Programme

CAMPUS 02 UAS offers tailor-made intensive Business English. Each course is individually designed and delivered by experienced native-speaking instructors. In addition to high-quality language training, participants can enjoy a diverse social programme featuring company visits, guided excursions, sightseeing tours, and cultural activities.

Accomodation

Accommodation is available at 3* Hotel in Greenwich. Students can choose to stay in single or double room at the hotel, breakfast included.

As part of the London Experience, participants attend an intensive Business language course comprising at least 10 hours of instruction. Each course is individually tailored and focuses primarily on expanding Business English vocabulary and enhancing presentation skills.

The trip offers a guided orientation tour of Greenwich, providing an insightful introduction to this historic area. Included in the itinerary is admission to the Royal Observatory, where the famous prime meridian can be seen, among other fascinating exhibits. An Oyster card is provided for use on public transport in London, ensuring flexible and convenient travel around the city.

Thursday is reserved for independent exploration of London or the pursuit of personal interests, allowing for a personalized experience of the vibrant metropolis.

Participation & financial matters

The first 24 students to register following the invitation will have the opportunity to participate in the London Experience.

The students' co-payment amounts to approx. 1000€. This mobility programme is supported by a separate scholarship (please refer to the London Experience invitation for more information).

FAQs

What do I do if I have registered for the trip but am unable to travel?

By submitting the registration form, you commit to participating in the London Experience. Travel insurance, covering expenses in the event of illness, is included. If you are unable to attend for professional reasons, for example, you must cover all costs already incurred at the time of cancellation. Ideally, another student will take your place - then you only have to pay for the costs incurred for the rebooking.

If you have not yet exhausted the scholarships for mobility that CAMPUS 02 UAS grants to its students (see Scholarship Guidelines), the funding from CAMPUS 02 UAS for the London Experience in the amount of €300 will be automatically and unbureaucratically deducted from the final invoice. You do not
