An der CAMPUS 02 UAS steht internationale Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt unseres Bildungsansatzes. Eine jüngste Dienstreise nach Rumänien zur TU Cluj-Napoca, hat diesen Ansatz eindrucksvoll unterstrichen und gezeigt, wie gemeinsame Anstrengungen und der Austausch von Wissen nicht nur den wissenschaftlichen Horizont erweitern, sondern auch Freundschaften entstehen lassen können. Diese Reise hat im Rahmen des CEEPUS Austauschprogrammes stattgefunden.

A Visit to TU Cluj-Napoca

The TU Cluj-Napoca in Rumänien ist eine renommierte Institution, die für ihre innovative Forschung und praxisnahe Ausbildung bekannt ist. Unsere Delegation der CAMPUS 02 UAS hatte das Privileg, diese Universität zu besuchen, um Ideen auszutauschen und zukünftige Kooperationsmöglichkeiten zu erkunden. Die Begegnungen mit den rumänischen Kollegen waren nicht nur fachlich bereichernd, sondern auch auf menschlicher Ebene inspirierend.

The invitation to the "Liceul Tehnologic Aurel Vlaicu" high school to present our university of applied sciences, as well as the departments of Automation Technology and IT and Business Informatics, to prospective graduates was a great success and has expanded our portfolio of additional partnerships in Cluj-Napoca.

Making friendships

During the business trip, we had the opportunity not only to attend formal meetings and lectures but also to engage in informal conversations and share cultural experiences. It is these moments of personal exchange that foster genuine friendships. We found that despite different cultural backgrounds, a shared passion for education and research connects us and forms a strong foundation for long-term collaboration.

Expand scientific horizons

A central aspect of our trip was the academic exchange. Through lectures, workshops, and discussions, we were able to gain new perspectives and learn about innovative approaches. Particularly impressive was the research work of the TU Cluj-Napoca in the fields of information technology and engineering sciences. These insights have broadened our own academic horizons and inspired us to integrate new ideas and methods into our curriculum.

Providing added value for students together

The most important aspect of our journey was the question of how we can create added value for our students together. By exchanging best practices and developing joint projects, we aim to ensure that our students benefit from international collaboration. Planned exchange programmes and joint research projects are just a few of the initiatives we wish to establish to provide our students with the best possible educational opportunities.

Die Dienstreise nach Rumänien zur TU Cluj-Napoca war ein voller Erfolg. Wir konnten nicht nur unseren wissenschaftlichen Horizont erweitern und wertvolle Freundschaften knüpfen, sondern auch konkrete Schritte unternehmen, um gemeinsam einen Mehrwert für unsere Studierenden zu schaffen.
