Establishment of the First Two Business Degree Programs at the University of Applied Sciences in the Winter Semester 96/97 with 95 Students (250 Applicants) at Körblergasse
- The degree programs Marketing (BB, 50 study places) and Automation Technology (BB, 36 study places) were accredited by the FHR.
Commissioning of the University of Applied Sciences Wing in Körblergasse / WK Building
- 8 lecture halls – 3 seminar rooms – 3 laboratories – 1 atrium – 1 piazza – Gross floor area 2,500 m².
Graduation of the first graduates of the University of Applied Sciences for working professionals
- 26 Automation Technicians and 41 graduates of the Marketing degree program were graduated by the President of the FHR.
- First graduation in Austria exclusively for working professionals.
Establishment of the third University of Applied Sciences degree program
- The submitted degree program Information Technologies and IT Marketing (BB) was accredited by the FHR. The program began with 36 (+3) students out of 110 applications.
Submission of the fourth degree program
- Due to corresponding demand reports from the labor market, the University of Applied Sciences degree program in Accounting and Controlling was submitted for accreditation by the FHR.
Establishment of the Fourth University of Applied Sciences Degree Program
- Accounting and Controlling (BB; FT): The FHR-accredited degree program commenced with 60 (+7) students out of 151 applications.
Submission of the Innovation Management Degree Program for Accreditation by the FHR
The management has submitted a request to the shareholder, the Styrian Chamber of Commerce, for an expansion of the infrastructure – second expansion phase – at the Zusertal site..
Decision by the National Council for the Implementation of the Bologna Declaration in the University of Applied Sciences Sector in Austria
Start of preparatory work for the implementation of a QM system according to EN ISO 9001:2000 and for the institutional evaluation initiated by the FHR.
Decision to expand the infrastructure at the Zusertal site (second phase of development) for the University of Applied Sciences operations
- The construction permit was granted by the Graz Magistrate on November 26, 2003.
Fourth graduation of further cohorts from the Automation Technology and Marketing degree programs
- A total of 311 working graduates

The best R&D project 2015-2017 was the project "Driverless Transport System for C-Parts Management in Vehicle Production" in the Automation Technology program. In cooperation with MAGNA STEYR, an autonomous transport system was developed and prototypically implemented, which is specifically tailored to the requirements in flexible vehicle production.

The best R&D project 2017-2019 was the project "Insolvency Prevention for Small Businesses" in the Accounting & Controlling program. Based on the insolvency data from the Credit Protection Association 1870, a tool was developed that enables small businesses to monitor their business performance and early identify insolvency risks.

Corona Pandemic: Transition to Distance Learning in March 2020; again in October 2020. Students expressed high satisfaction with the transition, ranking FH CAMPUS 02 second nationwide in a survey by StudoApp.

CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences celebrates its 25th anniversary. In 1996, it started with the two degree programmes Marketing & Sales and Automation Technology.
Together with Studo, FH CAMPUS 02 develops and introduces the first digital student ID card in the German-speaking world.
The first graduates of the Bachelor's Degree Program "Business Software Development" complete their studies.
