Wirtschaftsinformatik (IWI) befasst sich seit 2007 mit dem Thema der systematischen Entwicklung und dem Management innovativer (technischer) Dienstleistungen. Hierzu haben wir uns in den letzten Jahren intensiv mit diversen bestehenden Vorgehensmodellen zur Produktentwicklung auseinandergesetzt und diese in zahlreichen Projekten zusammen mit Partnerunternehmen praktisch erprobt. Basierend auf den gewonnen Erfahrungen entwickelten wir ein eigenes phasenorientiertes Vorgehensmodell, das dem State-Gate-Gedanken folgt. Weiters erarbeiteten wir eine Toolbox, die eine Vielzahl an m\u00f6glichen Werkzeugen f\u00fcr jede einzelne Phase des Entwicklungs- &amp; Managementprozesses umfasst. Dieses Modell dient als Leitfaden, der Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung von Dienstleistungen unterst\u00fctzt und so eine nachhaltige Produktentwicklung zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit erm\u00f6glicht. Neben einer umfassenden fachlichen Kompetenz erhalten die Studierenden eine sehr praxisorientierte Ausbildung. Diese Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis wird unter anderem in Form von verschiedensten Projekten mit Kooperationspartnern umgesetzt, wobei die Ergebnisse dieser Projekte f\u00fcr das Unternehmen qualitativ hochwertig und messbar sind.
