Systematic budget planning and the preparation of forecasts fulfil a wide range of tasks in business practice. Employees with cost responsibility, department heads and managers are just as involved in a company's planning and budgeting process as the company management itself. They have to draw up detailed plans for their area of responsibility or organisational unit and also take responsibility for these before the company management.
Graduates of this university course will be able to create single and multi-period detailed plans in MS EXCEL, analyse the effects of the detailed plans on the overall company plan and depict different future scenarios in their plans.

If you have completed all four university courses required for the ‘Certified Expert in Corporate Planning’ certificate programme by February 2025 at the latest, you will be awarded the title of Certified Expert in Corporate Planning.
