As digitalisation progresses, the optimisation and reorganisation of sales in companies is becoming increasingly important. Our university course deals with the strategic and organisational challenges that can arise in this context. As the first module of the "Digital Sales Expert" certificate course, graduates learn how to develop digital business models and successfully integrate digital sales channels into channel management.
