This provides an interesting way of introducing a new topic.<\/li>\n<li>There is a wide range of free images to add to the slides and adding video to the presentation is very simple.<\/li>\n<li>Slides can be downloaded as a pdf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4848 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide2-300x159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide2-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide2-1024x543.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide2-768x407.png 768w, https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide2.png 1144w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 455px) 100vw, 455px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4847 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide1-300x166.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"435\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide1-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide1-1024x567.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide1-768x425.png 768w, https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/hochschuldidaktik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2022\/08\/slide1.png 1077w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 435px) 100vw, 435px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So why is mentimeter not my \u201cgo-to\u201d tool for lesson slides?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of question slides (such as the word cloud) and quiz slides is limited.\u00a0 I tried to get around this by creating a new presentation for every lesson in the course.\u00a0 However, the direction an English lesson takes is often spontaneous and I found that I would want to jump to something in another presentation.\u00a0 All in all, I found it rather hard to keep the presentations in line with the flow of the lessons.\u00a0 Obviously this disadvantage would be removed if you took a subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In summary, the features are great to encourage audience interaction, but the limit on the number of these slides introduces inflexibility in the planning of lessons.\u00a0 When planning my next course I will bear Mentimeter in mind but can probably achieve the same learning experience using Powerpoint and Quizizz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00dcBER DIE AUTORIN<\/h3>\n<p>Frau Dennis ist eine selbstst\u00e4ndige Englisch-Trainerin und Steuerberaterin nach Englischem Recht.
