Changes must be made by the student at the host institution <strong>within 1 month of commencing studies<\/strong> and signed by all three parties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Extensions:<\/strong> Extending a study period abroad is generally possible, provided that the <strong>extension application is submitted at least one month before the end of the stay<\/strong> and is approved by the home institution. The extension period must not exceed the originally requested period, and the total duration of the stay must not exceed 12 months. The <strong>Learning Agreement must be reissued and signed by all involved parties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n            <div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"flexAccordion-1-6-heading\">\n                <h4 class=\"panel-title\">\n                    <a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#flexAccordion-1\" href=\"#flexAccordion-1-6-collapse\" aria-expanded=\"true\"\n                       aria-controls=\"flexAccordion-1-6-collapse\">\n                        Online Linguistic Support (OLS)                    <\/a>\n                <\/h4>\n            <\/div>\n            <div id=\"flexAccordion-1-6-collapse\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"flexAccordion-1-6-heading\">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                    <p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"translation-block\">Students whose primary language of instruction is <strong>Danish, English, French, Greek, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, or Czech<\/strong> must undergo a <strong>mandatory assessment before the start and shortly before the end of the mobility phase<\/strong>. Students exempt from this requirement are those who have native-level proficiency in the respective languages. Students who have completed the assessment can opt to take a <strong>voluntary online language course<\/strong> in the same language, available for the entire duration of the mobility period. (Students who demonstrate a level between B2 and C2 in the assessment have the option to complete the voluntary online language course in the language of instruction or the host country's Falls sich \u00c4nderungen im Praktikumsprogramm ergeben, m\u00fcssen die Praktikant*innen diese <strong>innerhalb 1 Monats nach Praktikumsbeginn<\/strong> im &#8222;Learning Agreement for Traineeship&#8220; durchf\u00fchren und erneut <strong>von allen Beteiligten unterzeichnen lassen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><strong>Renewals<\/strong>: <\/em>Im Falle einer Verl\u00e4ngerung stellt der*die Praktikant*in <strong>sp\u00e4testens einen Monat vor Ende des Praktikumsaufenthaltes<\/strong> einen Verl\u00e4ngerungsantrag. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass der Verl\u00e4ngerungszeitraum <strong>nicht l\u00e4nger als der urspr\u00fcnglich zuerkannte Zeitraum<\/strong> sein darf.
