We, CAMPUS 02 Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft GmbH (referred as FH CAMPUS 02), K\u00f6rblergasse 126, 8010 Graz, process automated drone flight videos on which you may be shown. Video recordings are made in the buildings and outside areas of CAMPUS 02. The video will then be published on the CAMPUS 02 website. Participation is voluntary - you will be given the opportunity to leave the room or area before filming begins. If necessary, please also inform the employees or the drone pilot that you do not wish to be included in the video. This processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in a professional external presentation of FH CAMPUS 02 and for documentation purposes.<\/p>\n

This data collected by us for professional external presentation and for documentation purposes, the processing of which is based on the legitimate interest, is processed for as long as is necessary for the data processing purposes. In the case of image\/video material, this depends in particular on the nature, content and environment of the recordings and whether they are suitable for use in FH documentation - e.g. to present snapshots of the history or development of FH CAMPUS 02 - and\/or for external presentation on the website. You have the option of submitting an explicit objection at datenschutz@campus02.at<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be processed by CAMPUS 02 employees within the scope of their respective duties.<\/p>\n

Processors engaged by us may also process data for us to fulfill the purposes described if they offer sufficient guarantees for the security of the data. The above-mentioned data is viewed and processed by external IT service providers, for example, in the event of support. Video recordings are generally created and processed by external videographers.<\/p>\n
