Beim \u00d6ffnen einer E-Mail werden sogenannte Web Beacons gespeichert. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen in unserem CRM-System personenbezogene Browserinformationen, das verwendete Betriebssystem sowie Zeitstempel eingesehen werden. Auch Abruforte sind sichtbar; diese werden jedoch aggregiert dargestellt, sodass keine R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse auf einzelne Kontakte m\u00f6glich sind. Diese Einblicke dienen ausschlie\u00dflich dazu, das Leseverhalten zu verstehen und Kampagnen effizienter zu gestalten.<\/p>

We use the \u201cGoogle Custom Search Engine\u201d (\u201cCSE\u201d for short) for full-text searches on our website. \u201cCSE\u201d is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as \u2018Google\u2019. Access to this search function is possible via a separate search query integrated into our website. A link below the search query refers to the privacy policy.<\/p>

When you visit our website, no data is transferred to the search service (Google). Only when you enter a search term does Google load the information you are looking for using a plugin. At the same time, the terms you enter and the IP address are transmitted to Google to carry out the search and display the search results. We do not obtain any personal data for this purpose.<\/p>

If you are logged into your existing Google account at the time of the search process, Google can assign the information collected to the associated user profile.<\/p>

A plugin runs on the website that generates the social wall (Flow-Flow) and thus displays content from social media. This plugin does not set any cookies itself and only displays external content. The external content is not embedded via iframe.<\/p>

On the one hand, content from the social network facebook.com (\u201cFacebook\u201d) is displayed. Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. On the other hand, content from the YouTube video portal of the US company YouTube, LLC, a subsidiary of Google, LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, is also displayed.<\/p>

Simply viewing the overview of the social wall and enlarging the individual posts does not trigger the setting of cookies by the social services through which the posts were created. Only when an action is taken by the website visitor in the enlarged view, e.g. a video is actively clicked\/played (i.e. on the second click), a cookie from this service is set or the user is redirected to the corresponding page of the service.<\/p>

We would like to expressly point out that we have no influence on the respective data processing of these providers and assume no responsibility for it. The way in which these providers use data for their own purposes, the extent to which activities are assigned to individual users, how long this data is stored and whether data is passed on to third parties is not conclusively and clearly stated and is not known to us. Further information on data processing by Facebook and Google can be found in the respective privacy policies: https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/privacy\/explanation<\/span><\/a> (Facebook) and https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy?hl=de&gl=de#infocollect<\/span><\/a> (YouTube).<\/p>

Data processing is based on your explicit consent in the cookie banner in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 cl. a GDPR. This consent is voluntary. You can revoke your consent at any time, with effect for the future, on our website via the Privacy Trigger (black symbol at the bottom left of the screen) or via the settings of your browser by deactivating the cookie(s). However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation.<\/p>

Data transfer to the USA<\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

On July 10, 2023, the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on the Data Privacy Framework (data protection agreement between the EU and the USA). If providers in the USA certify themselves in accordance with these data protection requirements (which, among other things, restrict access to data by US authorities and provide legal protection for EU citizens), an adequate level of data protection is generally guaranteed for data transfers. You can check which providers are included in the list here: https:\/\/www.dataprivacyframework.gov\/s\/participant-search <\/a>\u00a0Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. have undergone this self-certification.
