Kunstharz oder Epoxyharz) von einem Laser in d\u00fcnnen Schichten ausgeh\u00e4rtet wird. Dies geschieht in einem fl\u00fcssigen Bad des Kunststoffes. Nach jedem Schritt wird das Werkst\u00fcck etwas abgesenkt und der fl\u00fcssige Kunststoff an der Oberfl\u00e4che durch einen Wischer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt. \u00dcber die fl\u00fcssige Schicht f\u00e4hrt ein computergesteuerter Laser und h\u00e4rtet die zu festigenden Bereiche aus. Nach dem Aush\u00e4rten erfolgt die n\u00e4chste Schicht bis ein 3D-Modell entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Da das vom Laser geh\u00e4rtete Harz noch relativ weich ist, werden bei der Herstellung auch St\u00fctzstrukturen eingebaut. Das fl\u00fcssige Epoxidharz befindet sich in der Kammer und erh\u00e4rtet, wenn es mit UV-Licht in Verbindung gebracht wird. Die UV-Strahlen werden durch einen Laser erzeugt, welcher das fl\u00fcssige Epoxidharz punktuell bestrahlt und aush\u00e4rtet.
