Juni in H\u00f6hr-Grenzhausen stattfand. Rund 60 TeilnehmerInnen folgten der Einladung zur Veranstaltung mit dem Themenschwerpunkt \u201e20 Jahre Prozessmanagement im Fokus: Erfolgreiches BPM in der Praxis\u201c, unter der fachlichen Leitung von Ayelt Komus (Hochschule Koblenz) und Andreas Gadatsch (Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg).<\/p>\n<p>Das Forum pr\u00e4sentierte sich in diesem Jahr in einem neuen Format. Unter anderem wurde es zu einer Ganztagesveranstaltung ausgedehnt, um Jan Mendling (Wirtschaftsuniversit\u00e4t Wien) als fachliche Unterst\u00fctzung erg\u00e4nzt sowie in der Art und Weise der Darbietung ver\u00e4ndert: klassische Fachvortr\u00e4ge wurden durch Pecha Kuchas und eine Meet-the-Expert-Runde belebt. Insgesamt gew\u00e4hrte die Veranstaltung interessante Einblicke in die Praxis und bot ebenso sehr viel Raum f\u00fcr fachlichen Austausch auf wissenschaftlicher wie praktischer Basis.<\/p>\n<p>Doris Weitlaner zeigte im Nachmittagsprogramm auf, dass \u201estructure follows process follows strategy\u201c ein altbekannter Leitspruch ist, es aber an Leitf\u00e4den mangelt, um eine Strategie in Prozesse bzw. Prozesslandkarten (Makromodelle) zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren. Zwar existieren Branchenmodelle, diese tragen jedoch per se nicht zur strategischen Differenzierung bei. Konkret fehlen Verfahren, die auf die Einzigartigkeit und Strategie der Unternehmen eingehen. Im Beitrag wurde eine praxiserprobte Methodik vorgestellt, um diese L\u00fccke zu schlie\u00dfen, welche sich auch im Bachelor Curriculum der Studienrichtung wiederfindet.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Was ist falsch an \u201ebest practices\u201c und was hat es mit dem \u201ebig picture\u201c auf sich?<\/li>\n<li>Wie lassen sich Marktleistungsb\u00fcndel und -architektur beschreiben?<\/li>\n<li>Wie l\u00e4sst sich die gesamte Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehung abbilden?<\/li>\n<li>Wie kann die Wertsch\u00f6pfung durch Prozessausgliederung aufteilen werden?<\/li>\n<li>Wie erfolgt die Reduktion des Anforderungsspektrums durch Prozessvarianten?<\/li>\n<li>Wie lassen sich Know-how- und Ressourcensynergien nutzen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_6020_small.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2571\" alt=\"IMG_6020_small\" src=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_6020_small-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_6027_small.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2572\" alt=\"IMG_6027_small\" src=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_6027_small-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diese Tatsache bildete den Ausgangpunkt f\u00fcr den Vortrag von Doris Weitlaner (Studienrichtung IT &amp;
