{"id":138220,"date":"2023-04-26T16:14:33","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T14:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/?post_type=campus_news&#038;p=138220"},"modified":"2023-04-26T21:48:33","modified_gmt":"2023-04-26T19:48:33","slug":"dublin-journey-ueber-das-staff-mobility-nach-irland","status":"publish","type":"campus_news","link":"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/en\/news\/dublin-journey-ueber-das-staff-mobility-nach-irland\/","title":{"rendered":"Dublin Journey &#8211; \u00fcber das Staff Mobility nach Irland"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p><strong>Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen Christina Berger und Stefanie Hatzl vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus02.at\/wirtschaftsinformatik\/en\/\">Department Informationstechnologien &amp; Wirtschaftsinformatik<\/a> waren \u00fcber unser Staff Mobility Programm in Irland und haben uns \u00fcber ihre wertvollen Erfahrungen dort berichtet. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In einer\u00a0<strong>globalisierten Welt<\/strong>\u00a0hat die\u00a0<strong>internationale Ausrichtung<\/strong> einer Hochschuleinrichtung f\u00fcr die Hochschule selbst, aber auch f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter*innen, enorme Bedeutung. Darum f\u00f6rdern wir als FH CAMPUS 02 die <strong>internationale Mobilit\u00e4t<\/strong> unserer <strong>Staff members<\/strong> und kooperieren einerseits mit <strong>Hochschulen<\/strong>\u00a0in Europa, andererseits mit\u00a0<strong>Unternehmen<\/strong>\u00a0und Organisationen weltweit.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Kolleginnen Christina und Stefanie zog es \u00fcber das <strong>Staff Mobility nach Irland,<\/strong> von ihrer einzigartigen Reise haben sie viel zu erz\u00e4hlen: &#8222;Grand&#8220; ist irischer Slang f\u00fcr &#8222;gro\u00dfartig&#8220; und so haben wir auch den Sprachaufenthalt im <strong>Emeralds Cultural Institut in Dublin<\/strong> empfunden. Schon an der Eingangst\u00fcr wurden wir herzlich von David empfangen mit einem: &#8222;Hi, you must be Christina and Stefanie!&#8220;. Gelernt haben wir viel in diesen f\u00fcnf Tagen: von <strong>keltischen Mythen<\/strong> bis zu grammatikalisch richtigen Konditionals\u00e4tzen, \u00fcber die passablen Immobilienpreise im entz\u00fcckenden <strong>Fischerdorf Howth<\/strong>. Mit dem Aufenthalt gelang uns ein <\/span><strong style=\"text-align: justify\">Perspektivenwechsel<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: justify\">, das hei\u00dft raus aus unseren Alltagsrollen und rein in die Studierendensicht &#8211; das gab uns beruflich wie auch privat einen Denkansto\u00df.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong> Wir k\u00f6nnen das Staff Mobility w\u00e4rmsten empfehlen. <strong>Verlasst eure Komfortzone <\/strong>und seid offen f\u00fcr neue Erfahrungen, die euch auf alle F\u00e4lle bereichern werden.
