Er hat ein innovatives Modul entwickelt, das bei h\u00f6henverstellbaren Betten Klemmsituationen erkennt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das steirische Unternehmen LOGIKDATA entwickelt mechatronische Systeml\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr verstellbare Heim- und B\u00fcrom\u00f6bel. Bei einer Serie von Betten mit einer mehrfach unterteilten Liegefl\u00e4che, die mit Stellmotoren in die jeweils optimale Position gebracht werden k\u00f6nnen, stellte sich ein Problem heraus: In bestimmten Situationen des Bettes kam es zu <strong>Verklemmungen der beweglichen Bauteile, die sich mechanisch nicht l\u00f6sen lie\u00dfen<\/strong>. Bis sich Andreas Stelzl,\u00a0BSc dem Problem annahm.<\/p>\n<p>Er entwickelte im Rahmen seiner Bachelorarbeit ein <strong>achtteiliges Sensorsystem<\/strong>, das auf dem Kondensatorprinzip beruht. Dabei fungiert der <strong>Metallrahmen des Bettes selbst als Sensor<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDer Rahmen weist ein gewisses Ma\u00df an Kapazit\u00e4t in Bezug zur Erde auf. Wird dieser nun von einem menschlichen K\u00f6rperteil ber\u00fchrt, welcher wiederum eine gewisse Kapazit\u00e4t zur Erde hat, bringt der K\u00f6rper eine Fremdkapazit\u00e4t in das System ein. Aufgrund dieses Ereignisses wird der gemessene Wert ver\u00e4ndert und kann erkannt werden. Ein Oszillator erkennt, wenn durch das Klemmereignis ein gewisser Schwellenwert \u00fcberstiegen wird; der Stellmotor wird bis zur Beseitigung der Klemmursache gestoppt.<\/p>\n<p>Das von Andreas Stelzl entwickelte Klemmschutzmodul kann mit minimalen \u00c4nderungen der mechanischen Konstruktion sehr einfach in die Serie integriert werden.
