Dabei werden beispielweise im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung die Festigkeit und Topologie von Bauteilen und Baugruppen simuliert und in weiterer Folge optimiert. Durch Funktionsintegration und technologiegerechte Komplexit\u00e4tssteigerung werden in diesem Zusammenhang die Potentiale von additiven Fertigungsverfahren (3D-Druck mit verschiedenen Technologien) ausgen\u00fctzt. Zur Herstellung bzw. Best\u00fcckung und Nachbearbeitung von entsprechenden Platinen stehen unter anderem ein Bepastungstisch, ein halbautomatischer Best\u00fcckungstisch, ein SMD-Best\u00fcckungsautomat, ein Dampfphasenl\u00f6tofen, sowie eine Rework-Station zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p><p>Diese Fertigungslinie und die vielf\u00e4ltigen Bearbeitungsm\u00f6glichkeiten sind Grundlage f\u00fcr die effiziente Herstellung und zielf\u00fchrende Optimierung der mikroelektronischen L\u00f6sungen (wie z.B. Damit wird Unternehmen und Ausbildungsst\u00e4tten die M\u00f6glichkeit geboten, ihre Ideen und Visionen in reale Prototypen umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Form, Farbe und Aufbau k\u00f6nnen bereits w\u00e4hrend der Entwicklung mit einem Rapid-Prototyping-Modell gepr\u00fcft werden. Dazu stehen unterschiedliche Methoden additiver Fertigung sowie ein ATOS 3D-Scanner f\u00fcr Reverse- Engineering-Anwendungen und eine Lasergraviermaschine mit 60 W Laserleistung von Trotec zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p><p>Als Herz der Prototypen fungiert meist eine projektspezifisch im Haus entwickelte und getestete Firmware. Die programmiertechnische Umsetzung sowie die Inbetriebnahme von Funktionsmustern erfolgen unter enger Zusammenarbeit der involvierten
