Anlagenentwicklung im Bereich der Handhabungstechnik. Konkret geht es um computergest\u00fctzte Entwicklungen mechatronischer Systeme, die Herausforderungen von Ein-Personen-Unternehmen \u00fcber KMU bis hin zu Industriebetrieben l\u00f6sen. Am Department Automatisierungstechnik fach\u00fcbergreifend umgesetzte Projekte reichen von reinen Konzepten \u00fcber digitale Zwillinge bis hin zu physischen Funktionsmustern, welche hausintern umgesetzt werden. Durch Funktionsintegration und technologiegerechte Komplexit\u00e4tssteigerung werden in diesem Zusammenhang die Potentiale von additiven Fertigungsverfahren ausgen\u00fctzt. Im Rahmen der Prozess- und Anlagenentwicklung dient der Digitale Zwilling in verschiedenen Auspr\u00e4gungen und die virtuelle Inbetriebnahme \u2013 neben den am Stand der Technik verf\u00fcgbaren Methoden \u2013 zur Effizienzsteigerung und qualitativen Verbesserung der L\u00f6sungen und Verk\u00fcrzung der Entwicklungszeit bis zum physischen Funktionsmuster. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann mit modernen Methoden auch der Entwicklungsprozess an sich abgesichert werden.<\/p><p>Die gesamte Produkt-, Anlagen- und Prozessentwicklung erfolgt im Sinne der Digitalen Fabrik. Durch den Einsatz von Methoden der virtuellen Realit\u00e4t &#8211; VR und AR &#8211; erzeugen wir interaktive virtuelle Umgebungen, wie z.B. Laborr\u00e4umlichkeiten und Pr\u00e4sentationsr\u00e4ume, und verwenden diese f\u00fcr Schulungszwecke und um virtuelle Projektergebnisse realistisch erleben zu k\u00f6nnen. Zus\u00e4tzlich werden die virtuellen Inhalte mit jenen aus der realen Welt in Echtzeit gekoppelt. Der bidirektionale Datenaustausch erweitert die Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten deutlich. Die Layoutplanung, der Ergonomie-Check und die Funktionskonzipierung runden die Anwendungen der virtuellen Realit\u00e4t ab.
